Organizing telework in an inclusive manner

Earlier this year we started working on the ESF-project Organizing telework in an inclusive manner. In collaboration with different national and international partners we're researching obstacles for employees, employers and managers to fully utilize the possibilities of teleworking or the home-office. Teleworking clearly has a lot of potential to make the job market more inclusive.
We are focussing on less visible obstacles to do with gender, ethnic background, education level, age... Based on the research results, we will develop tools for employees, employers and managers to overcome these obstacles.

In collaboration with our national and international partners, we're hosting the online conference 'Organizing telework in an inclusive manner' on thursday May 6th.
