Adelheid Rigo is doctor in philosophy and master in clinical psychology.

She teaches psychology and coordinates a student project in the second year of Family Studies about bio-ethics.

She conducted the PWO-project (Practical Scientific Research-project) ‘Prenatal screening and diagnostics. A family scientific framework for dealing with ethical issues with the advancing technological possibilities of prenatal diagnostics’, in cooperation with Szilvia Hübel, which was concluded on December 12th 2013, with the conference ‘Prenatal tests: freedom of choice or parental obligation?’
