L.ink. Active, network-oriented work for people with a disability

This project is based on the policy 'Perspective 2020'. The possible support for people with a disability will become more request-oriented and flexible, with the objective to become more inclusive. For organizations this means they will have to work together more often and more intersively. Networking thus becomes more important for both organizations and for individual caregivers. But also the clients need to be 'linked' in a broad network, to insure the quality of life. 'Active support' is the key factor to make this happen.
